新北木柵茶產區，雨水充足且土壤鬆軟，故茶樹葉片厚實飽滿。正欉鐵觀音茶菁以布包團揉二次發酵、再入炭水焙籠，滋味甘、醇、沉、厚；搭配台南柳營鮮乳的香醇滋味，為了將兩者巧妙地融合為一，以動態真空模式技術將茶葉打入牛奶中，並放置於 70度溫度中靜置 4小時，濃縮後成品僅約 20 瓶，是在欉紅最耗時費工的製程工法。抹醬成色為自然的深茶褐色，放置後會有正常的沉澱現象，搖一搖即可。 不使用明膠、吉利丁或任何人工添加物，蛋奶素食者可安心食用。

■ Shelf Life & Storage

All products are vacuum-sealed. Before opening, please store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.

Jam: Approximately 18 months from the production date

Spread: Approximately 12 months from the production date

Soft Candy: Approximately 3 months from the production date


■ After Opening – Usage & Storage Instructions

Jam/Spread: Refrigerate after opening and consume within one month.

Soft Candy: Do not refrigerate after opening, as it may absorb moisture and lose flavor. Please consume within one month.

Always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop out the product.

Only take the amount you plan to eat, and return the remainder to the fridge promptly.
