◆ Wrong or Defective Product
LaiHao’s staff will inspect each item to make sure it is of good quality before shipping. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us via our LINE customer service within three days of receipt.
Resolution and color difference can be caused by different display monitors. Minor size deviation is also possible due to manufacturing process. Actual products may be subject to such slight deviation and we do not accept claims of defects in these cases.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or size due to personal preference (instead of wrong shipment or product defect) after receipt of your order, you will be liable to pay for the extra shipping and handling charge of NTD 200. You need to contact us via our LINE customer service within seven days of receipt to process any exchange.
◆ Return and Refund
Return: consumers have the right to return their purchased items and request a refund within a seven-day return window. The seven-day return window starts from the next day of receipt and is not a trial period for purchased items.
Returned items must remain unused and unopened in their original packaging. Packing list, complimentary gifts and receipts, if any, should also be included in the return package. Please contact us via our LINE customer service within seven days and we will proceed with the return process free of shipping charges.
If the final transaction amount after a partial return of an order sees the buyer ineligible for free shipping, discount or complimentary gift which had originally applied, the shipping fees, discount and/or gift cost will be deducted from the refund.
For credit card payment: your refund will be issued to the credit card account with which you had made payment in approximately 7–10 business days.
For cash payment on delivery, please inform us of your bank account to which you wish the refund to be issued, and your refund will be made in approximately 7–10 business days.
◆ Non-returnable purchase
Ｖ Any opened item will be non-returnable nor exchangeable.
Ｖ Any item that does not meet your preference or shows color difference caused by different display monitors.
Ｖ You missed the seven-day return window.
Ｖ The receipt has been lost.
