◆ How to Shop

New customers may sign in with their FB or LINE account, or sign up for a new account with an e-mail address. You will get $50 gift voucher when you become LAI HAO member. You can still proceed the payment even you are not our member. 

 

◆ Order Tracking 

Please log in to your account and click Orders—Tracking to track the processing and shipment of your order.

 

◆ Can I cancel an order or update the order quantities and items?

After completion of your payment, we will not be able to “modify” your order information, “add items” or “combine” multiple orders due to inventory and accounting accuracies. Please double-check your order prior to making your payment.

─ If you choose “collect at a convenient store,” the store clerk will need to check the recipient’s ID, so please be sure to enter the “full legal name” to avoid failure of identity verification, which will result in your collection denied and package returned to us.


─ To preserve product quality, certain products are only eligible for chilled shipping. Such products include: Fu Wan Chocolate, Taihu Brewing products and others.

| FAQs

◆ Do you have all items in stock? What is the shipping time?
 
90% of LaiHao’s listed items are in stock.
If you need to purchase an item in bulk, please consult us via our LINE customer service. If we have all of the items in stock, we will ship your order within 72 hours during weekdays (Mon–Fri). We do not ship during weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be provided to you after your order has been shipped.
 
◆ Can you provide gift bags?
 
If you need any quantity of gift bags, please inform us in the Notes section when checking out your order or contact us via our LINE customer service so we can immediately start preparing!
 
◆ What if I fail to collect my package from the convenience store within the seven-day period?
 
Your package will be returned to us through the CVS logistics. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping and handling charge of NTD 200, which should be transferred to LaiHao’s bank account. We will only re-ship your order after receiving the fee.
◆ Do you issue hard copy receipts and Tax ID/VAT number?
 
A hard copy receipt will be included in your package. If you need specific information such as packing list, Tax ID/VAT number and recipient’s title for accounting purposes, please inform us in the Notes section when checking out your order or contact us via our LINE customer service.
 
◆ Can I change my shipping method?
◆ Can I change the pick-up convenience store branch?
 
Change of shipping method will result in a different shipping fee, so please contact us through your order comment section and we will proceed accordingly. You can change the pick-up store branch once only. Please contact us in your order comment section. Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified.
