Please understand that free shipping does not apply to international shipping. Shipping fees vary by the total weight of your purchase (please see below, calculations are based on per 500g pricing unit).

Ｖ Certain food items as stipulated by laws (e.g. alcohols, chocolates etc.)
 
Due to the complexity of international shipping, no refunds or exchange will be applicable with the exceptions of product defect and wrong shipment.
 
Custom policies vary in each country and the recipient is responsible for paying taxes/duties upon receiving their package.
 
International shopping is VAT-free and a shipment is deemed proof of purchase, thus no receipt will be issued.
 
(As specified in business tax acts of Taiwan, goods or services directly exported to foreign countries may be exempt from the issuance of receipts.)
 
Depending on the destination country/area, a package will arrive within approximately 5–14 days after shipping. Waiting time may be longer due to delivery process and custom inspection.
