Pouchong Tea Grown in the Pristine Mountains and Waters of Pinglin
Carefully selected tea leaves thrive not only in a good environment, but also through the continuation of centuries-old tea-making craftsmanship.
Pinglin is a small tea-producing town nestled along the Beishi River, a tributary of the Xueshan Mountain range. As part of the Feitsui Reservoir conservation area, it enjoys abundant rainfall and organic-rich soil, creating the ideal conditions for cultivating tea trees.
More than just a natural haven, Pinglin carries a deep-rooted tea heritage, where generations have preserved traditional techniques. It is proudly known as the “Hometown of Wenshan Pouchong Tea.”
Pouchong Tea Powder – The Pride of Taiwanese Tea
A delicate aroma, lingering sweetness—proudly grown in Taiwan.
Lai Dian Cha (Let’s Tea) selects premium Pouchong tea leaves from Pinglin, Taiwan, finely ground at low temperature to match the grade of Japanese matcha (300–400 mesh).
This far exceeds the standard green tea powder on the market (100–200 mesh), preserving the lightly fermented character and layered flavor unique to Pouchong tea.
The result? A clean, sweet aroma that rivals the finest matcha from Japan.
And of course, Pouchong tea powder offers many health benefits!
It helps absorb and eliminate excess dietary fat, supporting digestive health when consumed in moderation over time.
You’ll also get direct intake of beneficial dietary fiber, catechins, and other antioxidants.
Naturally containing a moderate amount of caffeine, it also provides a refreshing energy boost.
About Let’s Tea
Let’s Tea was born in Pinglin, a region rooted in a century-old tea-making tradition. While tea-based drinks are becoming increasingly popular in the market, the art of traditional tea brewing is slowly fading.
Understanding the fast-paced nature of modern life, we realize how precious it is to take the time to brew a pot of tea and enjoy its aroma. That’s why we started with tea-infused snacks—simple, refined, and easy to incorporate into daily life. Through these treats, we aim to promote the excellence of Pinglin tea and honor the craft of Taiwanese tea-making.
Let’s Tea is more than just the perfect companion to tea time—it's a light, guilt-free snack to enjoy anytime, and a heartfelt, meaningful gift to share with others.
We hope to start with Pinglin tea and go on to discover and connect with quality teas across Taiwan, continuing the legacy and cultural value of Taiwanese tea.
