在欉紅紅玉紅茶抹醬使用原料與工法

南投魚池鄉因土壤質性適合茶樹生長，素以生產紅茶和半球形包種茶聞名遐邇。台茶十八號，又名紅玉，滋味濃郁芬芳，鮮明的薄荷及肉桂香氣息是其特色；搭配台南柳營鮮乳的香醇滋味，為了將兩者巧妙地融合為一，以動態真空模式技術將茶葉打入牛奶中，並放置於 70度溫度中靜置 4小時，濃縮後成品僅約 20 瓶，是在欉紅最耗時費工的製程工法。抹醬成色為自然的深茶褐色，放置後會有正常的沉澱現象，搖一搖即可。 不使用明膠、吉利丁或任何人工添加物，蛋奶素食者可安心食用。
