Honey Jujube Sweet & Sour Sauce
Mr. Jinfu, now retired, hopes to pass down this black jujube honey sauce so that banquet flavors can appear on everyday dining tables.
Mix with a little olive oil as a salad dressing, or use as a dipping sauce for grilled foods. Feel free to create your own ways to enjoy it.
Ingredients|White vinegar, Rock sugar, Maltose (tapioca starch, malt powder, water), Brown sugar, Black jujube, Tomato ketchup [water, tomato paste, sugar, brewed vinegar, salt, spices (white pepper, cinnamon, chili, ginger, clove, nutmeg, mustard, bay leaf, allspice)]

Unopened|Shelf life 2 years (see package date). Store below 25°C at room temperature.
After Opening|Refrigerate and consume soon. Sterilized and sealed with high-temperature pressure. No preservatives added. Use clean, dry utensils to prevent mold.
Devil Chili Pepper Sauce
Made with bird’s eye chili and a secret chili blend from Aunt A-Wu.
First comes the unique chili aroma, followed by a devilishly strong heat.
Slow-cooked with rice wine and black sesame oil for a rich aroma without the heavy saltiness of typical chili oil.
Perfect as a dipping sauce or for stir-frying.
