【Product Introduction】
Food, fun, and entertainment are the best ways to connect across languages and cultures.
In Taiwan, night markets are an essential part of everyday life.
They are not only the perfect gateway to local culture but also a must-visit destination for travelers.
Famous worldwide for their delicious street food, Taiwan’s night markets are packed with charm.
We’ve transformed this vibrant experience into a fun and interactive board game — and that’s how “Night Market Life” was born!
35 Iconic Taiwanese Dishes You Can Take With You
This is more than just a game—
It’s the most fun and flavorful souvenir from Taiwan!
Yes, you read that right—“Night Market Life” is a bento box you can take through customs!
For our friends in Taiwan,
This is a party game that’s both entertaining and a creative way to promote the cultural richness of Taiwan.
As you play, you’ll step into the shoes of street vendors and experience the hustle of running a stall.
(Don’t forget to use your action cards wisely!)
The mini guidebook included offers stories and facts about each featured dish—
Even lifelong locals may discover something new about the night market cuisine they thought they knew so well.
It’s our way of sharing deeper appreciation with every food lover like you.
For Your International Friends
Another unique feature of this game is that each dish card includes Hanyu Pinyin (or Taiwanese Romanization),
allowing players to not only get to know Taiwanese snacks,
but also learn how to order them like a local!
The instruction booklet includes explanations in Chinese, English, and Japanese,
making it easy to introduce Taiwan’s night market culture to friends—
whether they’ve never been or are planning their first trip.

Crafted with Heart — Let the World See Taiwan
The first edition of Night Market Life received overwhelming support, reaching 1470% of its crowdfunding goal.
Thanks to everyone's enthusiasm, we proudly launched this project from right here in Taiwan — taking our first step with confidence, and laying the foundation to share this game with the world.
We still remember the excitement and nervousness of launching our very first campaign years ago. Today, this game has already been enjoyed for five wonderful years.
To thank everyone for your continued support and love, we’ve carefully refined the game with new updates.
In this edition, we’ve added 9 beloved Taiwanese street foods:
Frog Eggs (Tapioca Jelly), Bubble Tea, Douhua (Tofu Pudding), Pepper Bun, Beef Noodle Soup, Mango Shaved Ice, Pineapple Cake, Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings) — and more!
To go with these sweets, we introduced a special new card: "Ginseng Sweet", turning our once all-savory “bento” into a flavorful street food feast — more dishes, same price!
We've also added a Japanese-language rulebook, making it easier for friends in Japan who love Taiwan to join the fun.
We hope you can feel the love and sincerity we’ve poured into this upgrade.
Night Market Life is more than just a fun game — it's a key to sharing Taiwan’s vibrant local culture with the world.
After all, the night market is part of Taiwan’s DNA.
Come and experience the charm of this culture with us!
Creator’s Original Intention
When talking about where to go and what to eat in Taiwan, the night market is always the top answer.
From the perspective of Alè, a Frenchman who has lived in Taiwan for many years,
the game interprets the essence and colorful variety of the night market,
transforming the fun local culture into a game for everyone to enjoy.
In Night Market Life, everyone becomes a night market stall owner.
Cards are color-coded to simply represent the main ingredients of Taiwanese street foods.
There are 35 Taiwanese snacks waiting for players to complete.
Each dish has its own specific ingredients.
You must use the cards in your hand to prepare various dishes,
while staying alert to other players’ cunning moves.
We designed Night Market Life to be easy to learn and play for adults, children,
and even foreigners who don’t read Chinese.
For friends from Southeast Asia who may avoid pork or beef for religious reasons,
the rulebook serves as a way to learn about Taiwanese snack ingredients.
This is an adventure into night market culture—
each playthrough brings new discoveries of Taiwanese street food.

Do not expose to fire or flames.
